1. Order Submission
All orders must be submitted at least 1 day in advance.
A confirmed order must include the date, time, location, menu selection and estimated number of guests.
2. Reservation and Payment
Payment is made in advance or upon delivery, depending on the type of partnership.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Deposit.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations or modifications are accepted up to 10 hours before delivery.
In case of late cancellation, a 50% fee of the total cost will be charged.
4. Minimum Order Requirements
The minimum order cost is 48€.
5. Delivery
The company makes every effort to ensure timely and correct delivery, however, it is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
Transportation charges are quoted in advance (Delivery cost 2€ up to 20 km, 4€ from 20 to 30 km and 6€ over 30 km within Corfu).
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information or inaccessible locations.
6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
While we try to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food.
Customers must inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
7. Equipment and Rentals
Any rented equipment (e.g. baking dishes, utensils) remains the property of the Company.
Lost or damaged items will be charged to the customer.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for food safety issues arising from improper handling of food after delivery or service at the event.
The customer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs at the venue during the event.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
10. Agreement
By submitting an order, the customer fully agrees to these terms and conditions.
